1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Runline service ("Service"), operated by Runline AI LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Description

Runline provides quantitative MLB moneyline pick recommendations generated by a proprietary predictive model. The Service delivers game selections, line recommendations, and unit sizing via digital channels. Runline does not place bets on your behalf, does not operate as a sportsbook, and does not hold or manage customer funds. You are solely responsible for placing any bets with a licensed sportsbook of your choosing in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal.

3. Season Pass & Payment

A Season Pass grants access to all model-generated picks for the duration of one MLB regular season. Payment is due in full at time of purchase. Season Pass pricing is subject to change between seasons. Your Season Pass includes priority access to purchase a pass for the following season. Season Passes are non-transferable and limited to one per individual.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

If the model does not finish the MLB regular season profitable — as measured by our published methodology applied across all picks issued during the season — you are entitled to a full refund of your Season Pass purchase price. Profitability is determined solely by the model's published picks and recommended sizing, not by your individual betting execution, timing, or sportsbook lines. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the final regular season game. The guarantee applies to the model's aggregate season performance only.

5. No Guarantee of Profit

All performance figures cited on this website, including historical bankroll growth, are based on walk-forward simulation with zero lookahead bias and do not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves inherent risk. You may lose some or all of your wagered funds. Runline does not guarantee that the model will be profitable in any given season, game, or time period. The money-back guarantee applies only to aggregate season performance per Section 4.

6. Responsible Gambling

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Runline encourages responsible gambling. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. 7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, model outputs, methodology, branding, and software associated with the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Runline AI LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any aspect of the Service without prior written consent. Your Season Pass grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to receive and use the picks for your own individual betting purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runline AI LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Season Pass. Runline is not responsible for losses resulting from your betting decisions, sportsbook errors, line movements, or any other factors outside our control.

9. Affiliate Partnerships

Runline may receive compensation from sportsbook partners for customer referrals. Affiliate relationships do not influence model outputs or pick recommendations. Contest prizes (including season passes, MLB tickets, and other items) are funded by affiliate revenue and are subject to availability. Prize pools may vary based on partner revenue. Contest rules and eligibility requirements will be published separately.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
